Save time and money by purchasing one of our archived drawings.  Upon purchasing an archived drawing, Silas Lacey Designs will include a complimentary site plan and will transfer all relevant details to your build site.  Need additional modifications? We are more than happy to modify any drawings at an hourly rate of $100.00.  Silas Lacey Designs is constantly adding new designs to our archive and we boast one of the most diverse portfolios in all of Texas. 

 

Individual Services:

 

  1. Renderings Package: (6 perspectives, overhead floor plan: $1200.00)
  2. Lot Fit: $300.00
  3. Interior Design: $1.50/sqft (interior living)
  4. Engineering: ($1.75/sqft (total slab)
  5. Modifications to any plan: $100 per hour
  6. RES Check: $175.00
  7. Permitting: $600.00
